Information Requests
LCVS gathers information about Voluntary, Community & Faith organisations, using this data to improve service delivery and for the benefit of the sector as a whole. If you would like LCVS to share this information with you or your organisation, please complete this form in full and return it to our address below.
LCVS does not charge for the supply of information but each request is reviewed on a case by case basis and in some circumstances an admin fee may be requested to cover internal costs. The requestor will be notified in advance if any such charge applies to them.
Once we have received your completed request form we will contact you with a decision within 7 working days. If we require any additional information to process your request, we will contact you in keeping with this timescale. If for any reason we are unable to supply the information you have requested, you will be provided with details of why your request was declined.
A declined request does not prohibit you from requesting information again in future should the purpose of your request change etc.
